About me
Andrew joined Voyage Care in 2015. Andrew was previously Managing Director of Bupa Care Services, leading a team of 27,000 across 300 residential homes and five care villages, and caring for 40,000 people. Prior to this, he was Director of Healthcare Delivery at Bupa, responsible for service call centres, claims (UK and India), administration services and a network of treatment ‘Centres of Excellence’ across the UK. Andrew is a qualified accountant with an MBA in European Business (distinction).
About me
Jayne joined Voyage Care in 2013 as Director of Quality and Improvement. She took up her current post in 2015. Since 2005 she has held a number of senior positions both within the health and social care sector and for large corporate, quality led, service businesses. Jayne joined from Saga Healthcare where she was the director responsible for the quality, safety and governance functions along with other key support and customer-facing services.
About me
Shaun is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years in Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer roles. During this time Shaun has worked for Mars Petcare in the UK and Germany, Diageo in the USA and UK, and CPP Group in the UK. Most recently Shaun was CFO of Tunstall Healthcare Group, the leading provider of alarm equipment and response solutions to support elderly and vulnerable people in their homes. Shaun has extensive experience of finance leadership in growing businesses as well as leading corporate transactions, including numerous refinancings, an IPO, and mergers and acquisitions.
About me
Amanda leads the quality team and provides guidance for the wider business on all regulatory and safety matters. She joined Voyage Care in 2013 as Head of Quality, Safety and Governance and was made Director of Quality in 2015. Amanda has a clinical nursing background with experience in the care home industry since 1988. She has held multiple senior positions, including Clinical Risk and Assurance Manager at BUPA Care Homes and Director of Service Improvement at MHA.
About me
Alan joined Voyage Care in 2015. Since 1990, he has worked within the health and social care sector holding senior positions within several national care organisations. He provides guidance and support to the business on supported living. He joined from Affinity Trust where he held the position of Director of Operations and Quality.

About me
Ayesha joined Voyage Care in May 2015. She trained as a learning disability nurse and has worked within the social care sector since 1990 covering a wide range of children's and adults’ services. Ayesha has held a number of senior appointments and immediately prior to joining Voyage Care held the post of Director of Operations for one of the largest domiciliary care providers in England and Wales. Ayesha has first-hand experience of care pathways and the journey through step-down services, as a parent of a child with complex needs.

About me
Eileen joined Focused Healthcare as Managing Director in May 2019. Eileen started her career by training as a Registered Nurse and then undertook a BA (Hons) in Healthcare Management. Eileen has over 30 years experience in managing Healthcare in both the NHS and private sector as both a Clinician and a Manager.
Eileen’s most recent roles include Clinic Director for King’s College Hospital which involved setting up and registering a Healthcare Clinic in Abu Dhabi and latterly working as Managing Director for a provider of complex homecare for Paediatric and Adult clients with a wide range of conditions from ABI, Spinal injuries to metabolic, genetic and neurological diseases and conditions.

About me
James joined Voyage Care in 2016. James has worked within the health and social care sector leading on merger and acquisition activities as well as corporate finance roles. James came from Bupa Healthcare as Head of Business Development leading on M&A, growth and developments. Now he is part of the Senior Management Team as Commercial Director here at Voyage Care. James is a qualified accountant with a BBA in Business Management from Lancaster and Wisconsin Business School. James has a young family with three children, so life is busy inside and outside of work.
James said, “working at Voyage is amazing every day is different and the variety of work is always changing. Knowing our work is helping the business to grow and continuing to provide excellent care to more people is a great feeling.
“Good social care to me is all about providing great person-centred care in an environment we can be proud of and ensuring the needs of the people we support is at the centre of everything we do.”
About me
André is an experienced senior IT leader. He has over 30 years managing large, complex IT services across organisations such as Capgemini, Nationwide, and the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF).
André has extensive experience delivering successful programmes of transformation, turnaround, service improvement and increased business value.
He enjoys his role at Voyage Care because 'the leadership team and employees are committed to making a real difference in the world'. In his role, he can deliver technology to support the overall goal of enabling individuals to live the most independent and fulfilling life they can.

Lucy has over 25 years of experience in adult social care. She began her career as a support worker and progressed successfully into her role now after working in a range of
not for profit, and commercial organisations. Whilst working, she returned to university to complete her Leadership & Management in Care Services, QCF and Social Care foundation degree. Lucy has since continued to expand her knowledge with accredited courses including PBS, Dementia, Mental Health and Autism.
Lucy enjoys her role as 'no other job can give you the variety, camaraderie, passion, knowledge and pleasure that social care can'. Lucy feels pride working with our teams, our services, and the people we are support. She strives to provide the very best care and support for vulnerable adults so they can have control, choice, opportunities and the ability to live their very best lives.

About me
Laura joined Voyage Care in August 2015 as Legal Counsel and was made Legal Director and Company Secretary in January 2019. Laura leads the Legal and Benefits Teams and is also Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer for the Group. She qualified as a solicitor (England and Wales) in 2008 at Pinsent Masons LLP where she worked for 7 years as a corporate finance and private equity lawyer specialising in health and social care. Laura also spent time on secondment working in the legal team at the Business Growth Fund. Laura is a health and social care law expert with over 14 years’ experience in the sector, with a law degree (LLB Hons) from the University of Birmingham.
About me
Caroline joined Voyage Care in September 2015 and now leads the Internal Communications, Marketing and Property teams (including managing our new developments programme) and is Chair of our Environment Committee, spearheading our drive to carbon neutrality. She is has over 12 years’ experience in the social care sector and joined Voyage Care from Bupa UK where she was Head of Public Sector Tendering. Caroline qualified as an architect in 1999 and was a director of an architectural practice until 2011, specialising in housing, health and community regeneration. Caroline has a BA (Hons) Architecture and a graduate Diploma in Architecture from the University of Sheffield.
About me
Jackie joined Voyage Care in 2014 as an Operations Manager before moving to the Service Optimisation team in 2016, providing support to our operational teams. Jackie is a Learning Disability nurse with over 25 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, where she has worked in a variety of senior management roles. Jackie recently moved into the role of Operations Director supporting our services in the South West.
Jackie said, “I have always been passionate about supporting positive change for all, ensuring everyone is supported to the best of our ability, to achieve their aspirations. Voyage Care’s vision enables me to be innovative and strive for these goals whilst driving our purpose for delivering great quality care.
