At Green Lane we support seven adults with learning disabilities, ensuring additional aids and adaptations are utilised on an individual basis to promote independence.

Our home provides an established staff team, trained to a high standard providing fast and reliable referrals for specialised health services.

The team are committed to engaging each resident with person-centred support planning, individual communication plans and encouraging individuals to work towards retaining their skills and independence.

The people we support are active and integrated members of the local community and able to access a variety of facilities and activities to meet their interests.

The home is a large detached property in Wylde Green, a short distance from Sutton Coldfield town centre.

We are within walking distance of local amenities, a GP surgery and excellent transport links including bus and train connections to major cities for fun days out.
