Voyage (DCA) De Cymru provides support in Newport and Pembrokeshire. We provide 24 hour support for people in their own home, shared living and also out in the community across both areas. We support people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health, brain injuries, complex associated needs and physical disabilities.

We believe that everyone has the right to live the life they choose, we support people to attend activities that they would like to do this includes attending social clubs, undertaking educational courses or volunteering.

Voyage (DCA) De Cymru provides support in Newport and Pembrokeshire.

About Hayley

I find that being efficient and effective with good organisation skills really helps the team to flourish and compliments my natural leadership skills of motivation, coordination, skill mixing and supporting the team.

My job satisfaction has transitioned from being hands on supporting on a day-to-day bases to management.

My quality background has helped me to achieve my current goals within operations, this by my own understanding of an outstanding service, goes above and beyond legislations, guidelines.

I feel I have good emotional intelligence when managing staff, to identify people's strength and development needs quickly and ensure that these are developed in line with what the company expectations are.

I am a strong leader that ensures the companies objectives are incorporated in the ethos of each service as well as in the managers practices which is then rolled down the individual teams.
