Our Home

Talbot Court is an experienced nursing care home, providing high-level nurse-led and clinical care. Our team supports up to 10 people with a learning disability, dementia, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and complex clinical needs. We also support terminal illnesses and those on a supportive pathway with palliative care.

Facilities

Talbot Court has been thoughtfully designed to support comfort, accessibility, and everyday living. Our spacious bungalow is fully wheelchair accessible and offers a calm, welcoming environment. Inside, you’ll find a large communal lounge, a bright dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen – perfect for relaxing, socialising, or enjoying meals together.

At the rear of our home, we have a lovely garden that provides a peaceful space to enjoy fresh air. Complete with a patio area, it’s an ideal spot to unwind, spend time with friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment outdoors!

Our Team

With nurses on-site 24/7, we provide clinical and nurse-led care that can adapt as your needs change. From PEG feeding and catheter care to administering oxygen, nebulisers, diabetes management, and subcutaneous injections, our team is here to support your health and wellbeing every step of the way.
