We provide support to individuals with a learning disability.
Supporting you
We specialise in supporting autistic people who may have challenging behaviour. We can also supporting people with epilepsy.
Everyone has a person-centred plan, which details their communication needs and preferences. One-to-one support is provided in the home, with some individuals receiving two-to-one support in the community.
The people we support have the freedom to choose which activities they would like to take part in.
Facilities
The home was purpose built to meet the needs of autistic people, with wide corridors and low stimulus decor. We have a number of spacious shared areas including a large lounge leading on to the garden where there is a swing.
Our large dining room that leads onto the back garden, has been designed to enable everyone to help with daily tasks such as cooking and laundry. The home has six bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities.
The team
Staff are supported by a behavioural therapist, who works closely with them to equip them with the skills and knowledge they require.
