Apple Blossom House is a residential care home located in Reading. This modern service supports up to six young adults with learning and physical disabilities, and is perfect for those transitioning from school or college into adult services.
Our home has six bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. There are lots of communal areas including a large lounge, dining room and conservatory, perfect for socialising and taking part in activities around the home.
Apple Blossom House was also built with accessibility in mind. There’s space for specialist occupational therapy equipment, plus, there’s a height adjustable kitchen and an accessible garden.
Getting out and about
Our current residents are aged in their 20s and early 30s, and love getting out into our local community!
With plenty of things to do nearby, you’ll often find them at the local bowling alley, cinema, garden centre or taking a day trip to the Sea Life Centre.
