Residential care home 
At Hermitage Lane we support six residents with a learning disability, in a warm welcoming environment. We can provide support autistic people and individual who have a range of needs, including challenging behaviours, epilepsy and cerebral palsy.
Supporting you
We promote independence and encourage our residents to take part in service meetings. We also work with each individual to promote a healthy lifestyle as well as giving them the opportunity to try new things. This has previously included visits to the London Eye, Cadburys World, Longleat, castles and the theatre, as well as holidays.
Facilities
We have six large bedrooms which all have en-suite facilities. We also have a large kitchen, two living areas, a conservatory and a spacious garden.

Our committed, long standing staff team provide consistent support and are focused on producing the best outcomes for everyone at the home.
