Our Home
Weaver House is a welcoming residential home providing long-term care and support for young autistic adults and those with a learning disability. We focus on promoting independence and empowering you to comfortably transition into adulthood, offering tailored support to help you develop daily living skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

We take a person-centred approach, encouraging you to take part in hobbies and activities you enjoy, whether that’s attending local day centres, joining community events, or exploring new interests in the area!
There are plenty of opportunities to get out and about, have fun, and build meaningful friendships. We believe everyone should have the chance to pursue what fulfils and inspires them most, whether that’s educational, vocational, or volunteering goals. Our dedicated team is always on hand to provide the support needed to achieve specific goals.
Facilities
Our generous home offers four double bedrooms on the second floor, two of which benefit from en-suite facilities, alongside a shared bathroom. An additional bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has access to a separate bathroom.
At the rear of our home, there is a self-contained flat that can be accessed both externally and from within the main house, making it perfect for someone seeking greater independence. The flat includes a kitchen, a combined lounge and dining area, and a bedroom with its own en-suite!

We are conveniently located in Bulkington, Warwickshire, close to a range of local amenities including parks, shops, and excellent public transport links. Our home is also near a local college, providing access to further education and voluntary employment opportunities.
We actively encourage the people we support to take part in hobbies and activities they enjoy, such as accessing nearby day centres. There is also a weekly disco for adults with a learning disability in the local area, offering a fantastic opportunity to have fun, socialise, and build new relationships.
Our Team
At Weaver House, our highly trained team delivers expert, person-centred support tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Every team member receives specialist training designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge required for their job role. We provide regular opportunities to share feedback and request additional learning to further enhance their practice.
