Our Home

Weaver House is a welcoming residential care home providing care and support for a range of needs and conditions, including learning disabilities and autism.

Supporting You

We take a person-centred approach which focusses on promoting independence and empowering the people we support to develop daily living skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

We encourage each individual to take part in hobbies and activities they enjoy, including access to the local community and providing opportunities to build meaningful relationships.

We believe everyone should have the chance to pursue what fulfils and inspires them most, whether that’s educational, vocational, or volunteering goals. Our dedicated team is always on hand to provide the right support for each person’s goals.

Facilities

Our generous home offers four double bedrooms on the second floor, two of which have en-suite facilities, alongside a shared bathroom. An additional bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has access to a separate bathroom. The home also benefits from communal areas such as a kitchen, dining room, living area, and a private garden.

At the rear of our home, there is a self-contained flat that can be accessed both externally and from within the main house. The flat contains its own kitchen, lounge, dining room, and en-suite bedroom.  This would be ideal for someone seeking greater independence.

Community

We are conveniently located in the village of Bulkington, in Warwickshire. We’re close to a range of local amenities including parks, shops, and excellent public transport links. Our home is also near a local college, providing access to further education and voluntary employment opportunities.

We actively encourage the people we support to take part in hobbies and activities they enjoy, such as accessing nearby day centres. There is also a weekly disco nearby for adults with a learning disability, offering a fantastic opportunity to have fun, socialise, and build new relationships.
