Supporting you

Complex neurological conditions can have a significant impact on everyday life. Using person-centred care and support, we take time to get to know you as an individual and your hopes for the future. Through our holistic approach, we consider your wider social, relational, and emotional circumstances, and how they affect your independence. Together, we’ll create a bespoke support plan that addresses challenges and changes, embracing them as a tool for learning and growth so you can have the bright future you deserve.

Using evidence-based techniques, our support is guided by trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support principles, equipping you with the tools to take control of your life, achieving positive change and meaningful outcomes. We tenderly thread together cognitive and physical challenges with meaningful outcomes and everyday skills, so you can establish a level of independence that’s right for you.

Recognising your strengths and nurturing your abilities, we’ll work with you to set goals that enhance your independence. Responsive and flexible to your changing needs, our best-practice approaches are reinforced by our partnership with Headway, the UK’s leading brain injury association. Together, we ensure your support Is safe and nurtures your quality of life.

Facilities

Our purpose-built home integrates unique features to support the complex needs that may result from neurological conditions. Exclusively on the ground floor, our spacious, accessible home features eight en-suite bedrooms for those in the initial stages of their rehabilitation journey. We also have five self-contained apartments for those ready to transition to more independent living.

We have plenty of areas where you can develop important skills, including a dedicated therapy room and training kitchen. Adapted for those with additional mobility needs, our home benefits from spacious communal areas and extra wide corridors with fitted handrails for enhancing mobility.

Positioned in a quiet corner of a friendly residential area, we benefit from private, accessible outdoor spaces that wrap around the property. Beautifully landscaped and attracting local wildlife, they hold space for connecting you with your housemates and to nature, supporting emotional regulation and overall wellbeing.
