Wrexham Supported Living provides care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and / or physical disabilities. We can provide as much or as little care and support you need – whether it's a few hours a day or around the clock support.
Everyone is encouraged to participate in a programme of activities that reflects their individual choices and preferences. We have strong links with the community and access local facilities. Some of the people we support attend college, others have work placements or structured activity plans.
We recognise the importance of relationships with family and friends and visitors are welcome at any reasonable time. We support people to develop new friendships and meet their social needs. We also encourage everyone to participate in house meetings and become involved in recruiting new staff.
Our properties are located in Wrexham, all in close reach of local facilities, enabling the people we support to easily access community activities.
We have 15 houses on this development and most have 24 hours support. Each house is different allowing us to meet different levels of needs – we have bungalows, houses and flats. One house is separated into four flats, providing a higher level of independence.
Everyone who moves into our homes goes through a matching process to make sure they are compatible with fellow residents, which includes considering age and disability.
