Supporting You

We aim to meet each individual’s needs while supporting them to maximise their potential whilst encouraging personal development.

Each person is encouraged to make positive choices about their life and be involved in the day to day running of the home.

We recognise individual religious, ethnic and social needs and provide appropriate support to maintain and encourage these.

Staff also support our residents to engage with the local community and participate in local events and we have an in-house behaviour therapist who we work closely with to develop specific behaviour support plans if needed.
