The Hadlows is two bespoke adjoining properties offering a positive and supportive environment for people with an brain injury. Supporting you
We work with individuals to create person-centered plans, promoting independence and self-esteem, promoting the regaining of personal control over life. We support people to identify and achieve their chosen lifestyle and offer support to take up opportunities to develop skills and confidence to gain work experience and employment, access education and vocational training, maintain personal relationships and develop and maintain friendships with people who share similar interests.
Facilities
The Hadlows has four bedrooms in one side of the property and five in the other. Every resident is able to decorate and personalise their room however they’d like. There are also bathrooms throughout the property inclusive of wet rooms for accessibility. There is a lounge on each side, where frequent Netflix and cinema nights happen, open kitchens, a shared central office and a shared garden between both houses where it offers the chance for residence to take pride in gardening. There are also 2 vehicles for transportation.
The team
Working with specialist health and community services, our dedicated team support people to regain and maintain skills in managing health needs and daily living. The residents are given independence days where they work with the keyworkers to do a weekly food shop and help cook. All residents are encouraged to learn everyday living skills with the team at The Hadlows.
