Rehabilitation programmes are individually designed to promote independence and self-esteem, promoting the regaining of personal control over life. We support people to identify and achieve their chosen lifestyle and offer support to take up opportunities to develop skills and confidence to gain work experience and employment, access education and vocational training, maintain personal relationships and develop and maintain friendships with people who share similar interests.
The Hadlows has four bedrooms in one side of the property and five in the other. There is a lounge on each side, open kitchens, a shared central office and a shared garden between both houses, enjoyed by those who live in the homes.
Working with specialist health and community services, our dedicated team offers vocational rehabilitation and maintenance support, to enable people to regain and maintain skills in managing health needs and daily living.
