Supporting you

We provide tailored care and support for those living with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health support needs.

Everyone is encouraged to continue to develop skills and experience through a wide range of activities, both within the home and in the wider community.

In house activities include music and drama sessions, cookery, outdoor games, arts and crafts, life skills training and IT. The home aims to provide an environment where individuals can enjoy a meaningful lifestyle, with support from an experienced staff team.

Facilities

Longridge Court has a flat which provides a supportive environment to enable three people with a learning disability to improve their independent living skills.

Each of the three bedrooms has been designed to a very high specification and features en-suite facilities and beautiful views.

We have a large garden and people can choose to cultivate a section of the garden, as part of the gardening club.

Longridge Court is situated in Bulls Cross, surrounded by beautiful countryside and within easy reach of Gloucester and Stroud.

There are good community facilities in the area, including shops, health services, day centres and colleges. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, a cinema, a ten pin bowling centre, gyms and a theatre.

The Forest of Dean offers the opportunity to enjoy wildlife trails and walks, as well as outdoor pursuits such as wall climbing, canoeing and fishing.
