Greenfield Lodge is a respite service for adults with a learning disability and associated physical disabilities.
Our guests are valued, and are encouraged to maximise their potential and build their independence while they are at Greenfield Lodge.
Each individual is involved in developing their own support guidance. Guests can choose to be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the home, from ensuring the home is clean to interviewing for new staff.
Greenfield Lodge is situated in a popular residential area of Hartlepool. We are within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and community clubs.
There is a bus stop just outside the home, with buses to the town centre and other facilities, including libraries, swimming baths, museums and the seaside.
Hartlepool also boasts a beautiful marina. There are an assortment of bars, restaurants and a shopping precinct giving a cosmopolitan feel to the area.
Greenfield Lodge has seven bedrooms, all of which have ensuite facilities, as well as a communal bathroom, shower room, lounge, sensory room, two dining rooms and a kitchen.
We have a consistent team of staff, many who have worked for us for years. Staff are friendly and approachable and are well trained to meet the specific needs of the residents. We also have excellent relationships with other professionals.
The staff are flexible and always looking for ways to adapt activities so that everyone who wants to be involved, can be, regardless of their needs.
