At Barn Rise, we’re here to help you build practical everyday living skills that boost your confidence and independence, both at home and out in the community. Our team works closely with you to understand your needs, interests, and goals, so each day is meaningful, comfortable, and full of opportunities to grow.
We’ll also support you to venture out to exciting places. With access to our service vehicle, you’ll have extra help to explore your local area, try new activities, and enjoy fun experiences beyond the home.
Each day is filled with fun, connection, and new adventures. From learning practical skills, to taking part in hobbies in the community, we’ll support you in a safe and supported way!
Facilities
Our spacious home is thoughtfully designed across two floors, combining comfort, accessibility, and a sense of community.
Downstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with its own toilet, a shared shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable communal lounge, and a laundry room – all spaces that encourage independence, skill-building, and connection.
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, including one en-suite, a shared bathroom and toilet, and a dedicated team member sleep-in room.
Outside, our large garden provides the perfect place to relax, enjoy fresh air, and take part in outdoor activities!
