The home supports three individuals, two gentlemen and one lady, who have different physical disabilities and learning disabilities.
Facilities
The home is a lovely bungalow and each resident has their own bedroom, which is decorated to reflect their individual personalities.
The communal lounge is decorated with pictures chosen by the people we support, as well as items that have been created by them, such as drawings, paintings and tapestries.
Chantry Gardens also has a kitchen, an office and a quiet room where people can choose to sit and listen to music, read or do some art. At the back of the home there is a large garden that has a stream running along the bottom and overlooks fields.
Our residents enjoy taking part in activities such as art, film evenings, relaxation sessions, reading, music / karaoke and games and puzzles as well as out of home activities.
The team
The small, friendly and diverse team of staff ensure that the residents we support live full and fulfilling lives with a large range of activities and new challenges to accomplish.
