At Hepdene House we provide care and support to eight individuals with a learning disability who may also have associated complex needs.
Supporting you
Residents are encouraged and supported to experience a wide range of activities, tailored to their own interests and wishes. We make full use of the leisure and education facilities available in the local area.
The high staffing levels enable residents to become actively involved in the day to day running of the home.
Facilities
Hepdene House has eight large bedrooms, all carefully designed for people who may have mobility support needs.
The bedrooms all have ceiling tracking to make personal care safer and more comfortable.
Apartment style accommodation is also available. This is designed to the same high specification as the other rooms, but with a further emphasis on the acquisition of new skills, possibly with a view to moving to more independent style living in the future.
The home has a number of communal rooms including a lounge, a quiet room and a dining room.
Bathrooms are equipped with specialist baths and there is also an assisted shower facility.
Hepdene House is set in half an acre of gardens with sensory areas and raised flower beds.
