The Grange is a bright, spacious registered nursing home supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex epilepsy and sensory impairments. Our residents are very sociable and enjoy a range of activities and trips out including music for health sessions, theatre shows, bowling, cinema, going to the local pub, cycling and swimming.

Facilities

The Grange is a large detached house with a bungalow on site, set in its own grounds. Our home supports 14 people in the main house and one person living on their own in the bungalow. Each bedroom has been personalised to each persons individual tastes.

There are three shared bathrooms on the first floor and a shared shower room and a wet room on the ground floor with a further separate toilet. Three of the bathrooms have overhead hoist facilities.

The home also has large welcoming communal areas and large gardens that wrap around the house. Physiotherapy equipment, a hydrotherapy pool and sensory rooms are available on site.

The team

We have an experienced management and staff team who are dedicated to empowering our residents to be individuals and promote independence. We employ qualified nurses who are available 24 hours a day.

Our home is located in the village of Liss in Hampshire with easy access to the local train station, the A3 motorway and major towns such as London, Portsmouth and Guildford. We have three vehicles, two of which are wheelchair accessible, in order to support people to attend a range of day and leisure activities in the local area and further afield.
