The Grange is a bright, spacious registered nursing home supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex epilepsy and sensory impairments. Our residents are very sociable and enjoy a range of activities and trips out including music for health sessions, theatre shows, bowling, cinema, going to the local pub, cycling and swimming.
Our home is located in the village of Liss in Hampshire with easy access to the A3 motorway and major towns such as London, Portsmouth and Guildford. We have two vehicles, one providing wheelchair access, in order to support people to attend a range of day and leisure activities in the local area. The train station in the village is a short walk from the home and often used to access different activities.
The Grange is a large detached house with a bungalow on site, set in its own grounds. Our home supports 14 people in the main house and one person living on their own in the bungalow. Each bedroom has been personalised to each persons indivicual tastes.
There are three shared bathrooms on the first floor and a shared shower room and a wet room on the ground floor with a further separate toilet. Three of the bathrooms have overhead hoist facilities.
The home also has large welcoming communal areas and large gardens that wrap around the house. Physiotherapy equipment, a hydrotherapy pool and sensory rooms are available on site.
We have an experienced management and staff team who are dedicated to empowering our residents to be individuals and promote independence. We employ qualified nurses who are available 24 hours a day.
