Esmer House is a Prader-Willi syndrome residential care home, providing support to meet the needs of people living with the condition. The specialist home has six bedrooms across two floors and 24-hour support. Residents can enjoy the large lounge area and dining area, as well as a spacious back garden.
Esmer House is a friendly and homely service. Our existing residents enjoy spending their time outside in the hotub, or reclining back on the sofa to watch movies on the huge 78 inch TV! The service also has a heated cabin in the back garden, which is often used for our games nights or used as an additional quiet space when needed.
Esmer house is located in a residential area. It is in short walking distance from a leisure centre where residents can take part in fitness classes, badminton, tennis and more. Residents can also take advantage of nearby Sherwood Forest and amenities in Mansfield, such as a cinema, trampolining centre and snooker hall. Visiting the town of Mansfield is just a 15 minute bus journey away.
There are currently two room vacancies at Esmer House, that would be ideal for somebody aged between 20-40, looking for a modern home with friendly and sociable housemates.
We have one vacancy on the ground floor, which is a spacious room at the front of the home. The room has access to the two shared bathrooms on the ground floor, one of which is a wetroom shower.
Our second vacancy is a double room on the first floor. This is a quiet room tucked away from the rest of the home and looks over the back garden with access to a shared bathroom.
