St Helens Down is a residential care home located in Hastings, East Sussex. Here, we support up to six people with a learning disability, autistic people, dementia, mental health needs, and non-rehabilitation brain injuries.

St Helens Down has been thoughtfully designed to support comfort, accessibility, and independence   in everyday living. Our spacious bungalow offers a calm and welcoming environment for all. We have six ground-floor bedrooms and modern shared bathrooms, including an accessible wet room to ensure ease and support throughout your daily routine.

We also have bright and inviting communal areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and a light-filled dining room – perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. Outside, our garden provides a peaceful space to enjoy fresh air and unwind, complete with a fruit and vegetable patch. Backing onto woodland, it’s also a wonderful spot for observing local wildlife and enjoying nature!
