Residential care home 
Hillbrow provides support for nine adults with a learning disability, enduring mental health needs and associated complex behaviours.
Supporting you
The residents currently living at Hillbrow are over 35 and are physically able individuals who enjoy an active lifestyle and are keen to participate in the day to day running of the home.
Each individual benefits from a personalised care package, person centred care plans and positive behavioural support plans if required, which will enable them to receive consistent support.
Within the home, each individual is encouraged to devise and engage in a weekly programme of activities to include opportunities for education, leisure, social and fun activities.
Alongside this, further development of independent living skills such as budget management, cooking, travelling independently as well as health and safety within the home is also encouraged.
The long term aim for such programmes is for individuals to move into more independent services or supported living if they choose to in the future.
Facilities
The main house has five bedrooms and a one bedroom self-contained flat. There is a separate bungalow within the grounds where three people are supported.
The bungalow has three bedrooms and an open plan lounge/dining area and is fully accessible for wheelchair users. There are two bathrooms which include a bath, a shower and a wet room.
