All of our residents living at Derby Road, benefit from a person-centred staff team who encourage and support the people we support to lead a more independent lifestyle. We encourage activities, education, leisure, social inclusion and empowerment. Our residents are involved in choosing how they wish to receive their support and put together their support plan to meet their individual needs.

About Hayley

I find that being efficient and effective with good organisation skills really helps the team to flourish and compliments my natural leadership skills of motivation, coordination, skill mixing and supporting the team.

My job satisfaction has transitioned from being hands on supporting on a day-to-day bases to management.

My quality background has helped me to achieve my current goals within operations, this by my own understanding of an outstanding service, goes above and beyond legislations, guidelines.

I feel I have good emotional intelligence when managing staff, to identify people's strength and development needs quickly and ensure that these are developed in line with what the company expectations are.

I am a strong leader that ensures the companies objectives are incorporated in the ethos of each service as well as in the managers practices which is then rolled down the individual teams.
