About me
I have been working in social care (in a variety of settings) for 30 years. I joined Voyage Care in 2005 as a support worker and through development opportunities, commenced my current role in 2016.
As I developed within Voyage Care, I have experienced all roles within residential services which include support worker, senior support worker, deputy home manager and home manager. I also have experience with setting up and managing supported living services. This has enabled me to have an understanding of others roles within the business.
I truly love my role and strive, alongside my managers, for excellent quality care. I would like to think I am a good leader, listener and passionate about what I do.
In my personal life I am mum to three adult children and a nanny to a three-year-old granddaughter.
