Residential care home 
Ruddington View is located in a peaceful village in Nottingham, providing the perfect residential care home setting for up to eight people. We provide person-centred care and support for six individuals and can provide unplanned care and support for another two individuals.
Supporting you
We deliver person-centred care that’s tailored to your individual needs and goals. To support you with this, our team will support you to develop new skills, grow your confidence and take steps towards greater independence.
We’ll also help you to do things you enjoy, supporting you to access fun activities in the local community – ensuring you can lead a happy and fulfilling life.
Unplanned care flats
Ruddington View has been developed in collaboration with Nottinghamshire Transforming Care Partnership (TCP). As part of this, we offer unplanned care flats for people who may be at risk of admission to an inpatient setting. We can offer up to 12 weeks’ support as a short-term intervention. The flats are self-contained with access separate from the main house.
We are focused on providing responsive, safe, and supportive care for all individuals that live in our home. The team work closely with each person’s family and associated health care professionals to ensure continuity of care, facilitating a return home where possible or progression to a new community or residential setting.
Facilities
Our purpose-built, safe environment at Ruddington View has been developed to put you at the heart of everything we do! The main house boasts a communal dining room, an open plan kitchen, a spacious living room and a large, well-maintained garden.
Each room has an en-suite bathroom to accommodate private personal care, and there are also additional private bathrooms accessible within the home for those that need more support.
Our two spacious unplanned care flats are located on the ground floor and are also equipped with large en-suites, a living room, dining area and their own private garden!
