Care homes

Across the country, our residential care homes provide life-changing care and support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injuries, autism, and other complex needs. Each of our care homes use person-centred support, focusing on the unique needs of each person we support.

Adopting a holistic approach, we support and nurture individual choices as well as physical, emotional, safety, and social needs. We also place pride in honouring and developing the spiritual, educational, and vocational needs of the people we support – so they can live in a way that’s truly meaningful to them.

About our care homes

Our vibrant residential care homes offer more than just a place to live. Designed with your needs and comfort in mind, each location harvests a deep sense of ‘home’.

From the moment you move in, you’re invited to put your stamp on your home. You’ll work with your support team to personalise your bedroom and get involved with house meetings – expressing your opinions and thoughts on how your home is managed. You’ll also get stuck in with the daily running of your home. From meal planning and grocery shopping, to planning days out and trips away, we’ll support you to make valuable contributions and decisions.

Thoughtfully designed care homes

Each of our homes is thoughtfully designed with a wide range of needs at heart. We’ll match you to a home that fully supports your needs and provides the right environment for you to thrive.

Many of our residential care homes have unique features, such as:

Sensory rooms

Hydrotherapy facilities

Arts and crafts rooms

Wildlife areas and ponds

Fruit and veg patches

Outdoor games

Sensory tools

Ceiling tracking

And if you need us to, we can often adapt your bedroom to support additional mobility needs, ensuring you get around your home safely, and with dignity, comfort and ease.

Our approach

At Voyage Care, we empower you to learn new skills, increase your independence, and embrace a fulfilling life. When you join one of our vibrant residential care homes, we’ll help you engage with your housemates and neighbouring communities, so you can learn new skills, foster connections, and build meaningful relationships. Our expert support teams understand independence is unique to everyone, which is why they put you at the heart of your support, empowering you to make decisions about your care.

As your needs change or evolve, we’ll ensure our support remains flexible and is delivered in a safe, consistent, and nurturing way. With our person-centred approach, you’re always in control of your care and support.
