Cleadon Court is our brand-new specialist brain injury care home, in South Shields, Tyneside!
Our fully-accessible, ground-floor home is split across two wings and can support up to 13 people with brain injuries. With eight en-suite bedrooms and five transitional independent living flats, it’s the perfect place to start or continue a rehabilitation journey supported by experts.
The service benefits from active, slow stream rehabilitation pathways and utilises a variety of therapies to support individuals to regain lost skills and work towards greater independence post brain injury.
