Highfields is a supported living bungalow that provides twenty-four hour support, seven days a week, for up to five individuals with physical and learning difficulties as well as challenging behaviours.
We put the people we support at the heart of everything we do, promoting confidence and self-esteem in the step towards independence.
Our home is located in a village named Caldecote, just a short distance from Cambridge. We are a 10-15 minute walk from transport links that offer quick and easy access to nearby towns and Cambridge itself. The people we support are encouraged to engage in a wide variety of activities and to access meaningful opportunities in the local community.
Highfields has five fully accessible bedrooms, all of which are able to be personalised for each individual. There is a spacious kitchen and living room, a large dining room and two clean bathrooms. Residents can also enjoy a purpose built sensory room and a large enclosed patio and garden to the rear.
Our home has a mixture of male and female staff that are enthusiastic and compassionate, understanding the needs of all those we support. Our staff team engage in regular specialist training to meet the needs of the people that we support and are constantly to ensure the best support is delivered.
