8 Elders Close

Brief overview of service Elder Close is a supported living bungalow that provides support for up to two individuals with learning and physical disabilities. The people we support are guided on their journey to independence and are encouraged by staff to develop soft skills that will enrich their lives. Our Location Our home is just two miles from the town centre of Nuneaton that boasts a good range of social, cultural and community opportunities for residents to engage in. Individuals also have good access to a number of transport links for day trips and activities if desired. Our Environment Elder Close is a modern bungalow in a recently build estate. The people we support have a large bedroom each and have shared access to a quiet lounge, a kitchen and dining room and bathroom facilities. There is a private garden to the rear and the property is fully wheelchair accessible. Our Staff Our staff have a rich understanding of the people we support and their ongoing care needs, assisting each individual to feel confident and comfortable in all they do. Regular training is provided and staff are mindful of encouraging development and progress as appropriate.
