Brief overview of service Costock Avenue is a supported living house that can accommodate two people three people living with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Residents are guided to lead an independent life with support from members of staff. Care and support is available all hours of the night and day and residents feel safe that staff have a sleep-in room. Our Location Located in a quiet residential area not far from Nottingham city centre, Costock Avenue provides the people we support with a good variety of choice when accessing leisure and educational activities. Our Environment A four bedroom end terrace house that is situated near to the City hospital in Nottingham. Both PwS’s bedrooms are on the first floor and the staff sleep in room on the 2nd. It is an old Victorian house with a small lounge, kitchen/diner and a small garden o the rear. Our Staff Most from the local area who have been working with the PwS’s in excess of a few years. Mixture of genders/ages.
