Brief overview of service Walcote Drive is a supported living bungalow that provides great quality care and support for up to three individuals with extremely complex needs such as learning and physical disabilities. The people we support at our home require a high level of staff input whilst still being encouraged to increase their independence. Our Location Our home is located in a quiet residential area of West Bridgford and is near to the town centre. This gives residents ample choice for shopping, socialising and leisure activities. Public transport is just a short walk away and offers the people we support several direct links into Nottingham city centre for further opportunities to develop their skillsets. Our Environment Walcote Drive is a four bedroom bungalow with one room allocated to staff to provide overnight support. The property is ground floor which offers greater access for those with mobility issues. Residents share a good sized living area, bathroom facilities and a kitchen and dining room. There is also a quiet conservatory area to the rear that leads on to a private back garden. Our Staff Our staff are fully trained and experienced, forging good working relationships with the people we support. Staff receive ongoing support to ensure they deliver the best quality care at all times and are encouraged to maintain good communication with all of those involved in the care and support of each individual such as healthcare professionals and family members.
