I have worked in the healthcare sector for over 12 years – starting my journey as a health care assistant, delivering hands on care to adults, children and young people which involved those who presented with autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs.
I have always strived for new challenges, so after 5 years I moved to one of the UK’s leading specialists in Spinal Cord Injury and Acquired Brain Injury where I took on the responsibilities of a Senior Care Coordinator, Customer Service Manager and then mobilising new business within the Commercial Department.
During my journey I worked alongside Eileen Lock, who was our Managing Director. Eileen then moved onto pastures new. To my surprise, after 6 years of service, I was head-hunted by Eileen for my role at Children's Complex Care as the Service Delivery Manager.
