Keith Mtungwazi

I have been working in Health and Social Care since 2003. I have worked in different settings, including residential and supported living. I started as a Support Worker and worked my way through the ranks to Management. I have completed my Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care and children and young people services (Adult Residential Management), IOSH Health and Safety and all other mandatory training.

My day to day responsibilities are providing support to the team and people we support, ensuring health and safety is met at all times, planning fun activities, reviewing risk assessments and support plans and carrying audits.

I love putting smiles on the faces of the people we support. I am passionate about working in Social Care. I enjoy seeing the people we support live a fulfilling life and achieving their goals no matter how small or big!
