During the last 2 months, Voyage Care have been going the distance to gather feedback from staff through the People Roadshows.
The roadshows began in January, as a commitment from the People and Development team to develop a new people strategy. The aim was to gather all-important feedback to shape the immediate and long-term priorities of the company that put a focus on our people: our staff.
The roadshows highlight the importance of our staff having a voice in the planning of our priorities. They allowed for open and honest feedback, as well as the sharing of ideas of how we can evolve.
Over 3,000 miles and 400 staff later, the team are taking the results and looking at the next phase in their journey.
Rob Brady, Director of People and Development has seen how important the sessions have been in gathering feedback:
