Voyage Care, the leading provider of specialist care and support, today announces that the Board has appointed Mike McKessar as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mike is an experienced and highly regarded leader in the social care sector having been Chief Commercial Officer at HC-One since 2021. Prior to this he was Commercial Director at Sunrise Senior Living and spent nine years at Bupa in various senior roles.
Mike will take up his role in early summer 2024. Jayne Davey, Chief Operating Officer, will become Interim CEO when Andrew Cannon leaves in March, providing stability and continuity through the transition period.

Mike will deliver Voyage Care’s strategy, driving growth of its high quality, specialist care and support. He will also lead delivery of its digital investments to put data and insight at the core of the care model. Voyage Care continues to maintain its sector leading quality outcomes and is well positioned for continued growth under Wren House’s long-term, committed ownership.
