So we thought we’d address some Frequently Asked Questions to help you understand before you apply!

Do you offer flexible working hours?

Yes, we do! You can find a list of available vacancies that offer flexible working hours on our website at careers.voyagecare.com.

Do you need to drive?

Some of our roles require staff who are able to drive. This is stated in the job description if it is a requirement.

What is the dress code?

Smart but casual.

Do you offer training?

Yes, we offer training for all our staff with some mandatory training and some tailored courses for people working in services that cater for specific conditions.

Do you need experience?

It’s not essential but we are looking for people who are kind, caring, patient and compassionate. We offer all the necessary training and support for you to become a support worker, what’s more important to us is that you share our values and passion. All you need is love!

Do you offer career progression?

Yes! There are many employees who joined the business as support workers and have since progressed to senior roles. You can read their stories here.
