Care homes

We specialise in providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and our residential services provide support for people with the most complex needs. Our experienced staff can deliver personalised care and support for you or your loved one, 24 hours a day.

BedroomWe offer more than somewhere to live, we are offering somewhere for you to make your home.  We ensure you are included in all decisions about your care and support, either directly or through your family or advocate. This could include choices about menus, activities or holiday destinations. We also involve you in our staff recruitment processes to help us find the right people to work with you.

Our Person Centred Planning, incorporating Keys to Life principles, ensures that every person living in our residential services is enabled to meet their physical, emotional, vocational, educational, spiritual, safety and social needs. We work with you to find out what you enjoy doing and how you prefer to communicate.

Care HomesWe offer opportunities for you to learn new skills, become more independent and try new experiences. As well as providing a full itinerary of in-house activities, such as craft sessions, music therapy or sensory sessions, we also encourage you to become active members of the community. This can include using local shops and cafes on a regular basis, looking for volunteering opportunities and courses at local colleges and libraries.

Each of our homes have been carefully designed to meet the needs of every person who lives there, and further changes can be made as your needs change or new people move in. Specialist features in the homes can include assisted baths, ceiling tracking, hoists, sensory rooms and hydrotherapy facilities.

We also have nursing services available in some areas which can provide 24 hour care for complex health conditions.
