Supporting you

At Woodlands, we provide flexible, goal-focused rehabilitative support to enhance your independence following a brain injury. Whether you are navigating a rehabilitation journey, or are looking for a long-term home, our support is designed to improve your quality of life by achieving a level of independence that’s right for you.

Using person-centred support, we’ll work with you to co-create a bespoke support plan with your unique needs, preferences, and goals at its heart. To help you reach your goals, we’ll engage you with effective therapies. These might include Speech and Language Therapy, Neuro-Physiotherapy, Neuro-Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and Creative Therapies, depending on your needs and aspirations.

Our daily support is based on proven rehabilitation techniques, delivered in a community setting. We’ll support you to reach your goals and reclaim your independence by gently weaving therapeutic activities into your daily routine. Functional and fun, your progress will be natural, so you easily re-adapt to life in the community!
