Riverway Lodge is a purpose-built, 25-bed service in Stockton-on-Tees, supporting adults with a range of neurological conditions including acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative conditions and secondary mental health needs.

Split into specialist wings, Riverway Lodge will deliver a three-pathway model including:
- Residential Care – Intensive, specialist support in a structured, therapeutic environment
- Transitional Living – Building independence with continued reassurance and support
- Extended Stay – Long-term accommodation focused on sustained independence and quality of life
Each pathway is personalised to individual needs, goals, and abilities, empowering people to regain confidence, relearn essential skills, and progress at their own pace.
Throughout our home, every element has been thoughtfully designed to support wider needs. Created to promote positive emotional wellbeing, the environment includes communal lounges, a dedicated therapy area and low-stimulus spaces.
We embed positive behaviour support and a trauma-informed approach into everyday care, ensuring every individual feels safe, understood, and empowered to move forward.
