Residential support
Our residential rehabilitation care homes are the ideal setting for the beginning of your rehab journey. Designed to be nurturing and homely, they offer functional settings for you to redevelop lost skills and establish independence.
Transitional living
Many of our residential homes accommodate you when you are ready to increase your independence. Our transitional living suites offer independent living within a residential setting for extra reassurance and support.
Supported living
A little different from transitional living, our supported living accommodation offers fully independent settings. Independently set within the grounds of our residential buildings, they encouraging autonomy, enhance skill development, and encourage reintegration with neighbouring communities.
Community support
Once you’re ready to be discharged, we can offer outreach support to help you settle into their new home. Working with you to find appropriate accommodation, we ensure you embrace, and safely navigate, your return to the community.
