Our expert teams

Our brain injury rehabilitation teams are trained to effectively support the complex needs of those who have suffered neurological traumas. With an emphasis on enabling people to do things for themselves, they offer sensitive, compassionate support that guides and inspires the people we support towards greater independence.

Through expert-designed, in-house training, our colleagues gain essential insights into the complexities of brain injuries. By understanding how someone might suffer a brain injury and the bigger impact it has on their life, they are empowered to infuse empathy into their support. They are also equipped with the knowledge to support the clinical needs associated with brain injuries, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding, catheter management, and dysphagia management.

Specialist care every step of the way

With understanding and patience, they support individuals to navigate and understand complex physical and emotional conditions, offering vital emotional support when times are tough.

Our support teams understand that rehabilitation often doesn’t last forever, and some people will return to the community. Throughout our services, we cultivate a family-orientated culture built on a foundation of openness, empowerment, honesty, and trust. We prepare individuals for the day when they will return home. If they need to stay with us longer, we ensure their needs are continuously met and they have somewhere they can truly call home.
