At West Farm Cottages we support people with varying needs including learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. The cottage is in the charming village of Trimdon within County Durham, we are close to all local amenities, such as shops, pubs and churches. We also have a variety of clubs, a community centre and community college gym. There is also a local bus route which can be easily accessed to venture out to venture to Hartlepool and Durham city centre. Our cosy cottage consists of two ajoining bungalows with a well-kept garden to enjoy the great outdoors.
