Opened in 2024, Cleadon Court is a dedicated service in South Shields, supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries and dual diagnosis needs, including complex behavioural presentations and mental health.
Our home provides active, community-based rehabilitation. With therapy-led support at its core, we enable people with brain injuries to rebuild and apply their skills in real-life, everyday situations.
About our home
Cleadon Court offers fully accessible ground-floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, therapeutic design features, and views of surrounding gardens, alongside self-contained apartments that support greater independence.
The people we support also benefit from welcoming communal spaces, a dedicated therapy room, and an adapted therapy kitchen to practice and develop daily living skills.
