Supported Living

Our supported living pathways offer an alternative to residential care and help people with additional needs to live more independently in their communities.

Even though supported living offers added independence, you’ll still benefit from a specialist support team, empowering you to confidently manage your needs, navigate your newfound independence, and create the life you want to live.

Our supported living accommodation

We offer several types of supported living accommodation. As well as benefitting from our own established properties, we partner with specialist housing providers to ensure we find the right home for your needs and circumstances.

Independent living

We offer you the option to live independently in your own flat with a level of support that’s right for your needs. You might choose to live in one of our properties or we can work with you and your housing provider to source a property that meets your needs. Our expert teams will support you to manage your tenancy and arrange for any adaptations to be made to the property before you move in.

Building meaningful relationships

Because we use a person-centred approach, you’re at the heart of decision making and choose how much support you like and when you’d like it. Then, we’ll work together to cocreate a personalised support plan focusing on your goals, interests, and skills.

Our approach

With our support, we empower you to learn new skills, increase your independence, and embrace a fulfilling life. Our expert support teams understand independence is unique to everyone, which is why they put you at the heart of your support, empowering you to make decisions about your care.

When you join one of our vibrant supported living services, we’ll help you find your feet in the local community, and connect with your peers, so you can establish meaningful relationships. And if your needs change, we’ll work together to adjust your support, ensuring you continue to create the life you want.
