Support at Home

We understand everyone’s circumstances are unique, which is why we offer a variety of flexible support options to help you live as independently as you choose – in a setting that’s right for you.

Support at home is all about encouraging you to live life on your terms, while receiving high quality, person-centred support. You can stay independent, keep doing the things you love and follow the routines you enjoy, all while receiving a level of support that’s right for you. Care is delivered by our specially trained teams, all in the comfort of your own home!

Who can have support at home?

Support at home is an affordable alternative to hospitals and care homes. With the support of Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, or Nurses, your care is delivered in familiar, comfortable surroundings.

You might choose support at home if you:

Have a long-term disability, illness, or complex care needs.

Want to embrace independence in the community.

Are looking for more choice and control over your support.

Would like to remain close to family and friends.

Each plan is tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle, giving you reassurance and freedom at the same time

We support you with…

Health & wellbeing

We encourage everyday routines in a way that respects your privacy and independence. You’ll have the right support at the right time.

Our person-centred approach

At Voyage Care our support is always person-centred – putting you at the heart of your care. We understand that every person is unique, with different needs and different support levels required. We spend time getting to know you, so we truly understand your individual needs, values and goals… and we then use this to form your bespoke care plan.

Whether you need support for just a few hours a week or daily, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to you to help you live the fulfilled life you deserve.

As well as managing your health and wellbeing needs, we support you to set goals, embrace meaningful opportunities, and pursue your passions. We empower you to learn new skills and increase your independence. As you reach your goals, we’ll work with you to set new ones. We remain flexible to your needs, so, if they change, we’ll work together to adjust your support.
