Our Support

Our specialist learning disability support is delivered by expertly trained teams in a variety of settings. From a few hours of support at home, to 24-hour support at one of our registered care homes across the UK, we ensure you’re supported in a way that meets your needs and helps you achieve your goals and aspirations.

Individuals with a learning disability may need different levels of support throughout their lives, from occasional guidance to more hands-on care. Our support helps you to develop everyday skills, build meaningful relationships, and explore education or work opportunities.

Our ethos

The people we support are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on our position in the sector, ensuring we advocate for individual choices and promote the freedom to live fulfilling lives.

Health equalities:

We believe everyone has the right to live a happy, healthy life. Many people with a learning disability struggle to access health services and suffer from health inequalities. Our teams change that. If you’re not feeling great, they’ll help you get the treatment you need. They’ll also work with you to schedule important screenings and check-ups, so you can safely and effectively manage your health.

Equal opportunities and diversity:

We ensure our learning disability support teams receive disability awareness, equality and diversity, and autism training, ensuring your unique values and ethics are understood and you’re treated with the dignity and respect you deserve.

Our approach

Our approach to supporting you is what makes us unique. We use person-centred support, which means we put you at the heart of your care. From the moment you join us, you’re in the driving seat of decision-making and we’ll work with you to create the life you want live.

As part of our specialist approach to supporting people with a learning disability, we get to know you as an individual, gaining a deeper understanding of the life you want to live. Together, we draw a picture of what your support will look like and set the scene for a bright future.
