Woodlands, Falkirk

Woodlands is a supported living complex made up of eight self-contained flats with communal areas and onsite staff facilities.

Facilities

Renovated to a high-quality specification, each of the modern one-bedroom flats are designed with independent living in mind. Each flat features a double bedroom, modern kitchen diner and wet room. They also have individual buzzer entry plus the option for further assisted technology.

With wood-effect flooring and large windows, Woodlands has a light and modern feel to each flat. Four of the flats also feature patio doors, which open into the large private garden.

There are large communal areas for tenants to enjoy. These include a lounge in the heart of the building and a spacious conservatory. The private garden is complete with paths and a paved area – it is the perfect place to relax outdoors in the summer evenings. The garden is full of opportunities for somebody with an interest in gardening as there is bundles of space for vegetable patches, flower beds and so much more.
