Our Commitment to Quality

Our registered services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England and the Care Inspectorate in Scotland and Wales. As a sector-leading provider, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care and support that you can trust.

Community

Our home is conveniently located on the outskirts of Taunton and is just a short walk to the town centre, where there are a wide range of amenities and activities available. We regularly access the local community for a variety of enriching, fun activities, including swimming at the local pool and Wimbleball Lake. At home, we encourage you to continue embracing meaningful activities, like arts and crafts, music sessions, and visits from our therapy pet!

Our Team

We have an experienced support team who can support you with additional communication needs and complex health needs, such as PEG feeding and diabetes management. Our staff are specially trained and we approach our support with kindness and compassion. Through this, we maintain supportive relationships with your family, the surrounding community, and other professionals involved in your care and support.

We ensure your needs, choices, and wishes are understood and met at all times – putting you firmly at the heart of your care. We hold regular house meetings where everyone is encouraged to ask questions and make suggestions about how the home is managed and what activities we do.
