At The Laurels, our person-centred approach ensures your care is centred around you. Prioritising your unique personality, we work closely with you to create a bespoke care plan and activity schedule that reflects your individual interests, goals, and needs.

Life at The Laurels is active and engaging, with a wide range of activities to enjoy together. From baking and music sessions to yoga, learning opportunities, and relaxing pampering days, our shared monthly activity programme offers something for everyone!

Facilities

Our home offers five comfortable bedrooms across two floors, along with a rear annex. You can share well-maintained bathrooms and can enjoy a variety of welcoming communal spaces, including a garden.

Each year, you’re encouraged to get involved in shaping our outdoor space. Together, we’ll design a fun themed garden project – giving you the chance to be creative and make the garden truly your own.

Located on the outskirts of Titchfield, our home enjoys convenient access to a wide range of local amenities, including shopping centres, cinemas, cafés, and restaurants in the nearby towns of Fareham and Whiteley.

We also have two of our own vehicles, making it easy to enjoy regular community outings and support an active, independent lifestyle!

Our Team

Our team is highly trained and experienced in delivering quality, person-centred care and support. In addition to our strong care background, the team are trained in Specialist Behavioural Support, enabling us to provide trauma-informed support and implement evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support strategies tailored to each person.

We recognise that behaviour is a form of communication. By using a trauma-informed approach, we provide safe and nurturing environments that acknowledge individual life experiences and place emotional wellbeing at the centre of support. Our Positive Behaviour Support strategies are designed to minimise restrictive practices, build practical skills, and enhance overall wellbeing and quality of life.
