Our vibrant home offers specialist support for up to 25 people along three distinct support pathways, including full residential care, transitional living support, and accommodation for extended stays and continuous support.

Offering a circular approach, we tailor our care to your unique support needs and goals, enhancing your abilities and promoting a level of independence that’s right for you.

We believe recovery doesn’t stop after initial medical treatment. So, we offer a nurturing and supportive environment for you to relearn essential daily living skills and re-adapt to life in the community at your own pace. Our comfortable, stable environment empowers you with the skills and confidence to live with increased independence.

Our state-of-the-art home is equipped to offer effective residential, transitional, and extended stay support. Split into three specialist wings, several areas of our home benefit from their own communal lounges with garden views, as well as access to our central therapy wing – which includes a gym – and opportunities to socialise with other housemates.

Our residential accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to support active rehabilitation – ideal for those looking for a step-down solution from hospital, step-up solution from a community setting, or those seeking additional reassurance from an expert team. Our purposefully adapted suite has 15 fully furnished bedrooms with en-suite wet-room facilities. Some of our rooms are equipped with assistive technology, and can be fitted with accessibility equipment based on your individual needs.

Alongside our full residential support, we offer two options for continuous care through transitional and extended stay accommodation. Our transitional accommodation offers added independence with the reassurance of residential support, bridging the gap between intensive support and living independently. Extended stays are available if you need to establish a long-term home with us. However long you’re with us, we’ll continue to work with you to understand what independence means to you. Together, we’ll set goals and support you to achieve them.

Both our transitional and extended stay pathways benefit from fully furnished flats located on the ground floor, featuring private bedrooms with wet-room en-suite, open-plan kitchens and living areas, and the option to add additional accessibility features.
