Our Home
Langley House is a National Autistic Society accredited service, providing specialist care and support for individuals with autism, a learning disability, and complex needs. As part of our accreditation, we have been awarded Advanced status, which recognises our commitment to continuous team training and skills development, and enriching the lives of the people we support.
Supporting You
We empower you to achieve your goals and aspirations. Our comprehensive house activities programme provides opportunities for you to get involved with meaningful community-based projects. We actively supporting you to access both the local and the wider community. You’re also encouraged to participate in household activities and take pride in your home. We support you to establish independence through daily living tasks, like preparing meals.
Facilities
Spread across two main buildings, Langley House comprises has eight en-suite bedrooms in the main building, and an annex with three en-suite bedrooms, which are adapted to meet your individual needs.
The main house benefits from a spacious lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room.
Our annex features a kitchen, dining room, separate utility room, and a conservatory that leads into a large walled garden. We also have a one-bedroom flat, adjacent to the main house, which features a fully fitted kitchen-diner, bedroom, lounge, and bathroom.
Langley House benefits from additional self-contained flats within the grounds too – ideal if you want to live more independently.

Community
Langley House is situated on the outskirts of the small market town of Wiveliscombe, on the edge of the Brendon Hills close to Exmoor and the Quantocks. This offers some great opportunities for country walks, drives by the sea, and a range of outdoor activities.
Our Team
Langley House is staffed 24-hours a day by an enthusiastic and dedicated team who have created a warm, welcoming environment. We work with you to engage in a wide range of independent and group activities, as well as integrating into the local community. All team members receive specialist autism training and are encouraged to pursue professional development opportunities.
